This is an incredible application for laundry and dry cleaning businesses because it has every potential feature that a particular business needs to provide a great customer experience. It has a seamless POS integration, pickup reminders with WhatsApp, email and sms notifications, and tracking for clothes through the whole process and no doubt it provides a wide range of features and functionalities. There are two things I want to say about this application is-1. It has a learning curve, you need to devote some time to get used to it. It has a lot of nitty-gritty things that you need to know about if you're using it for the first time or as a beginner you're implementing for your laundry business.2. It is niche specific application i.e., I highly recommend this if you have a laundry and dry cleaning business or if you're implementing it for your client who has but not for any other kind of business.

It’s a very specific app that you really cannot use if you’re not specifically doing laundry for a customer. The directions take some time to learn, but once a real human (at your job) learns it than I do feel like it’s easier to teach!

The support staff is always eager to hear about problems and find solutions. Fantastic and user-friendly UI. There's no garment misplace or delayed delivery. Very robust and easy-to-use cloud based POS tailored to the Dry Cleaning and Laundry business. Many built-in management and sales reports. Ability to export data to Excel is a big bonus.

It doesn't support Card Machines to automatically capture payments into the software.

QDC Software gives me complete control over my business. It allows me to monitor all the activities from where ever i am and ensures complete transparency. Its easy to scale with this software in place as QDC tackles every aspect of operations with almost no loopholes.

Customers at Risk report allows me to identify risk customers and retain them before they are lost.

Promotional features like promo code/ refferals etc and consumables management features are missing which would make the software a one stop solution.

I'd still recommend it for anyone that has a dry cleaning/ laundromat business. It takes some time to have everything set up, but in the end you do save time. Not sure about saving on costs, but it's easier to manage so that's a plus.

Honestly I didn't think this type of web app existed, until I had to help a client integrate and manage it. Kudos to them for finding a niche, this web app is a time saver for managing dry cleaning businesses. The best part is tagging, this way you can easily track the clothes clients left and let them know what stage of the process they're at. Offers a lot of integrations with the most useful ones being Whatsapp (real time notifications) and obviously the payment ones (used Stripe).

The 3rd party integrations don't always go smoothly. Had a bit of trouble integrating Stripe with it, but in the end with a bit of help from support it worked ok. Also, you actually need the Premium package which costs more/month than the starter one (close to $80/month paid annually).
