  • Pros

  • AEM makes it easy if you want to migrate from other platforms. Its cross channel content customization options are awesome and takes care the digital experience for all type of users is best.
  • It is so incredibly easy to use and really is a wonderful compliment to the Adobe suite of products.
  • Using AEM from 2 years and its pretty good CMS tool.customer service is really great and they are pretty quick and knowledgeable. I have also attended the adobe training which is also good to have.
  • Cons

  • Granting rights to write onto the form you output is difficult. It does not work with some iOS platforms.
  • Permissions take a lot of effort to lock down and authors could potentially do prod damage.
  • Difficult at the beginning if you have no knowledge, you'll often have to figure out on your own and spend hours learning something. And also it can be a bit pricey for some small companies.

  • I was using Mailchimp previously but I had the opportunity to switch over to Wishpond. Its new editor is a joy to use as it is super easy to get your landing page set up to start collecting leads.
  • We also love how simple it is to export new contacts to our mailing system, integrate into our existing social media and website, and there are so many more awesome features.
  • Whenever I'm thinking of an automation I want to do and I can't figure it out, I reach out to their support staff and they are eager to help.
  • Cons

  • The platform itself is not well rounded, and is missing a critical features. Unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location.
  • I've spent two months fighting to get my money back via the dispute process with my credit card company. They lied and told my credit card company they disclosed a no refund policy.
  • Horrible overall dealing with their customer service & billing issues.
