Some files should be restricted to upload if they are too large (or a warning should appear).

A breakthrough in web admin. Everyone should have this powerful tool at their disposal.

Difficult to add custom content types or create your own modules based on typical functionality (ie. list N items from ListA sort by Field).

Support: The Best part is customer support. I personally found Agility customer support very friendly with quick resolution time.

Ease of use is one of Agility's best attributes. Having no technical background I became proficient at adding new modules and pages to the site without the help of a developer.

Its amazing and very effective for faster delivery of content mamangement solutions.

I feel like Agility has the opportunity to provide guidance and ideas as well as technical help, but is not using it.

I'm managing two of my clients website using agility, it has great API integration and it makes building pages really easy with its prebuilt modules and stuff.

The price-point, feature set, ease of use, cloud-based, automatic updates, decoupled architecture, and the amount of control it affords our marketing team vs our former dependence on our IT staff.

And sometimes when you override files it sometimes takes a lot of time to show in the website which has caused me trouble before. There should be a cheaper plan in my opinion too.

Agility CMS is fairly easy to use. For the most part, it is easy to complete simple tasks like posting a blog or changing the content on a page.

Our campus uses Drupal which we found to be overwhelming when we tested, and restrictive given that campus restricts our editing through how they've set up their templates.

I have been using Agility since 2014-2015 and it's improved  a lot since then. It is more user friendly when it comes to manage multiple instances for sites.

Occassional sticky points with font changes when posting and hyperlink creations. Most likely user created but can be frustrating to fix.

Image editing: You can directly edit images and add on the website. Publishing : UI is very user-friendly which makes tasks like  Content publishing  easy and efficient.

Not being able to compare one device against another device side by side is a bit of a headache. Mapping is very difficult for an average user even with Admin access, it causes a lot of grief.

Overall, i love the platform. Its easy to use and when I am curious about finding specific metrics, i am always able to get them quickly and efficiently.

Content Square is very easy to use. I find it most useful to dig a little deeper when looking into results for experiments.

There isn’t much really to fault about the software.

The employees that I've dealt with are genuinely helpful and want to see you succeed. Everyone on the ContentSquare team seems to be knowledgeable and responsive.

Training sessions have been fun and informative, and support has been great through the first week and months of teething issues.

Some features are missing (cross domain behavior, limit the access to the data based on the user profile, App coverage...) but are in the 2018 roadmap.

We've used CS on countless use cases and it has made our insights more effective. The best part is also being able to quantify the impact which has really upped our level of reporting & insights.

The UI is interesting and engaging and the tools are generally quite intuitive, with lots of features able to be figured-out if unsure.

CS is key to shaping and optimising UX, CX and ultimately business performance.

Mappings and keeping them up to date can sometimes become a pain, but not a massive issue.

The support from Content Square in implementing the software was fantastic, not only was the technical integration seamless, but the training and aftercare has been second to none.

Ability to integrate with AB testing tools also helps us provide additional insights as to why a test version performed well or poorly.

Issues around bugs found across the platform. Not show stoppers but can be frustrating when using day-to-day.
