Amazing Platform
Almost limitless ability to create and customize a CMS. There is a plethora of documentation and video content around building and customizing the platform. The groq query language is a breath of fresh air in comparison to graphql and traversing rest api's
CONSCustom inputs at the moment are quite difficult to setup and utilize.

Easy to get up and running
Migrated from Contentful to Sanity, for the most part it has been a good experience, it has some features that are better and some that aren't quite up to par but are on their way and look better from what we've been shown.
PROSEasy to implement, lots of active development, good developers that can provide great support.
CONSStill young, a few major features coming, but not available yet.

I have worked with other CMS tools and this one was much harder for me to utilize. I switched from contentful which I prefer, the cost was just too much.
PROSi love that you can collaborate and customize together in real-time, it made it perfect for our company because we have global employees.
CONSThere is a really steep learning curve if you are not already a developer. It can be quite complicated and complex, and technical experience is required.
Reasons for switching to Sanity
