Love that invoices transfers to Quickbooks. Customer support is always very friendly and helpful.

It seems there are issues mostly after software upgrades, other than that I don't think there have been any problems.

Sales man should not be able to take orders if the credit limit is crossed. POS system is very very unstable.

AdvancePro is user friendly and a great platform for inventory management. Being able to easily look at the history of a product or customer is extremely helpful.

Installation and upgrades, also migrations, are easy to achieve, technical support is always available.

AdvancePro has a very intuitive interface, whether for data entry, expediting orders,  inventory, or reporting, the application's functionality is great.

The customer often changes their sometimes massive orders, and our staff with more life experience has trouble coping with the often overcumbering steps required to make those changes.

The cloning feature is very helpful, and when I've had to do graphic changes the tech support person was great and walked me through everything. I enjoy using the back end of the program.

No customization, primitive filtering, no DOWNLOADING, and the designs are horrendous. File management is a glorified FTP interface.

If we're talking  about my most favorite feature, that would be the rule engines for advanced pricing, orders, customers, analytics, etc.

Then they said none of the files could be recovered as all had been purged two weeks after deletion, which I was one week too late for recovery. All data lost for all items we had produced.

Nearly unlimited levels of flexibility/customization. Handful truly unique/powerful features that no other carts have.

Backend is a little clunky, some of the verbiage is quite confusing, there are multiple ways to customize product/settings which can get a little confusing.

Overall extremely positive. Ive certainly had a couple of frustrating moments, because there is definitely a learning curve, and there are a couple features I really wish it had.
