- The free trial allows an user to discover the capabilities inherent in this software that includes, importantly, the ability to create and maintain multiple online stores.

- Then they said none of the files could be recovered as all had been purged two weeks after deletion, which I was one week too late for recovery. All data lost for all items we had produced.
- Backend is a little clunky, some of the verbiage is quite confusing, there are multiple ways to customize product/settings which can get a little confusing.
Pros
- The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
- The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
Cons
- Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
- The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.
