Aphix's features for vendors include social selling functionality, industry-standard security protocols, a content management system and search engine optimization (SEO) capability. The solution supports integration with other ecommerce platforms and enables vendors to sell their products on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and more.

Additionally, Aphix offers functionalities for customers that include real-time product information, individual customer pricing, re-ordering, account histories and support for multiple payment gateways. The solution also supports integration with multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP Business One, Sage 200, Sage Enterprise Management and Intact Software (Vline, X-line and iQ).

Services are offered on an annual subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

Aphix Cloud Platform - Big Thumbs Up!

The guys at Aphix are knowledgeable and professional. Thorughout the Implementation they track and retain regular contact with Users to ensure a smooth process throughout. Great Team to work with.

Pros

The Aphix Platform is excellent, really handles the subtle differences between B2C and B2B very well with having to embark on lots of additional bespoke development. The real strength is in the ability to use the same data/information but apply this to multpiple sales channels, be them web, mobile apps or many more. Would definately recommend Aphix and the Team.

Cons

Very few issues to even note. The way in which they manage the implementation keeps these to a minimum.

Overall the experience has been very positive. Using this software has freed up so much admin time in the office for other duties

Very easy to use software being used by a team of 15 sales reps

Would like to see it available on a Windows platform also
