Hassle free powerful ordering analytics

Very slick, great customer service and the impression I got was that they genuinely care about uplifting the businesses around them to make the ecosystem fairer and affordable for restaurants and grocery stores. You can go online in about 7 or 10 days as they promise. This is a unique proposition.

Pros

The best thing about Blink was the sheer power of its data analytics dashboard. Having experience of the F&B industry, I believe this is a game changer because it gives the users / businesses control over their customer data (data is the new oil) and automate the online ordering journey for the consumers (i.e. customers of the restaurant using this service). The price point is well below aggregators hence this is likely to surpass the competition on the value for money metric.

Cons

Their website does not feature the full suite of tools available in the software which is bad marketing. I think they can benefit by putting the full feature set out there be it in byte sized videos or tutorials.

Pros

Easy to use hassle free online ordering portal for the customers. As for the backend it’s very user friendly for the staff to track and process orders.

Cons

Everything was smooth, even though the payment gateway comes with the online ordering portal you don’t have to sign up with any other third party vendor for payment gateway. The features are almost there I would suggest to add dual tax profile options for products and maybe some discount options like buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 get 1 free.
