Blink enables brick-n-mortar & online stores to implement instant digital ordering and delivery systems. The Blink platform is offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis where a secure, scalable backend is connected to white label pre-designed templates of mobile applications and websites. In certain cases customized UI/UX are also available. Blink comes with pre-integrated payment gateways and the ability to integrate with your ERP or POS software for real-time inventory and order management. The system also comes with a complete delivery management system with dispatch management and tracking of fleets.

Great Product For Restaurants

PROS

The best bang for the buck for restaurants and stores!

PROS

Blink has been meticulously built keeping restaurant's success as the core KPI. The easy of implementation and the level of detail in their analytics module is second to none. To top it off, their incredible support team makes sure that you remain at the winning side throughout the course of implementation and use of blink. Get onboard without a blink!

CONS

Timezone difference can make it a bit tricky but their CS time tries their best to accommodate everyone

A great facilitator

I am a happy customer who has been facilitated big time by Blink

PROS

It is easy to setup and has a good technical team that ensures the tech stack works without major bugs

CONS

The customer service element suffers from the general lethargy that Pakistani companies have. Fortunately, I have connections with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who is extremely helpful but if the solution wants to do well internationally, the DNA of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] needs to get cloned into the CX team too

Hassle free powerful ordering analytics

Very slick, great customer service and the impression I got was that they genuinely care about uplifting the businesses around them to make the ecosystem fairer and affordable for restaurants and grocery stores. You can go online in about 7 or 10 days as they promise. This is a unique proposition.

PROS

The best thing about Blink was the sheer power of its data analytics dashboard. Having experience of the F&B industry, I believe this is a game changer because it gives the users / businesses control over their customer data (data is the new oil) and automate the online ordering journey for the consumers (i.e. customers of the restaurant using this service). The price point is well below aggregators hence this is likely to surpass the competition on the value for money metric.

CONS

Their website does not feature the full suite of tools available in the software which is bad marketing. I think they can benefit by putting the full feature set out there be it in byte sized videos or tutorials.

Best way to increase the online sales

Overall we are happy with Blink. I liked the fact that we are getting so much at a nominal price considering the tech products available in this segment is very pricey.

PROS

The route planning of Blink Delivery helped us a lot in managing our daily deliveries. Generally, these features were available only at very high-pricey products. Overall inventory management and ordering channel are good as well. For us, it's super simple to use.

CONS

Nothing specific but small improvement over the templates would be a great addition to show the brand to the end customers.

Espresso x Blink

PROS

Easy to use hassle free online ordering portal for the customers. As for the backend it’s very user friendly for the staff to track and process orders.

CONS

Everything was smooth, even though the payment gateway comes with the online ordering portal you don’t have to sign up with any other third party vendor for payment gateway. The features are almost there I would suggest to add dual tax profile options for products and maybe some discount options like buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 get 1 free.
