Seem to still have some kinks on the back end that make certain things difficult. We have had to reach out to customer service a few times about issues. I used to have to send pdf's and order sheets to customers who would have to fill those out by downloading and then then emailing me back with their orders. A very tedious task to say the least. Brandboom has solved that problem by letting me create catalogs and share them with my clients. Buyer sign up is simple and easy so its much faster then the old method.
