Pros/Cons
Pros
- Support has been fantastic and very responsive. I like the chat button for the administrator.
- I love the ease of use of the product and the awesome friendly customer service when help is needed.
- Rock solid ERP connection, great implementation team, amazing day to day support. Most data can be export/imported.
Cons
- We have had several customers place orders a second time and be upset when they are being charged twice.
- There are very few issues, and the ones that exist are minor so it's very difficult to criticize the platform.
- At first there were accounting/contract mistakes and they overcharged us over and over again.
Pros
- I love the efficiency and the intelligent features, it has helped me sell my products with ease. It is very reliable and easy to use.
- The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.
- The shipping is great on here. I really enjoy how easy it is to ship items and also as a buyer its great too.
Cons
- There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.
- It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.
- The only complaint I have is that I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.
