CSku makes hard things easy and allows fo proper project tracking. The CSku community is also another huge positive. Every interaction I've had with the CSku team has been overwhelmingly positive whether in person or virtual. Promo is a niche industry with many moving parts and CSku makes it easy to stay organized from the beginning to the end of a project. Cons: The shops are not fully thought through in my opinion. The Company Stores lack optionality and flexibility. Marketing Shops have become cost inefficient for their use case. Pop Up Shops are a tremendous value to the client but the tiered pricing that CSku uses isn't as approachable in most use cases. My operations team can go into any order and see where we are in at in the sales cycle. CommonSKU also plays a large part of keeping my notes and orders all in one place and leverage it daily for follow ups and prospecting new clients and orders for existing clients. Cons: We are a member of Promo EQP. I would like to see a filter for buying group memberships integrated into the search.
