Wish we had more staff to fully engage the marketing & merchandising. Could use help with adding content and getting our rewards program off the ground. Easy to export reports and data. In order to do this without Evolution, we would need both more manpower and a number of software houses to help provide a suite of solutions - none of which would be kept under one remit, a benefit we have with Evolution X.
