Pros/Cons
Pros
- Connects perfectly and seemlessly to our Sage200 ERP system. Very flexible in functionality to fit in with all our standard business processes, good solid software, does what it says.
- Offering our customers live stock when they order has proved most popular, we all like to be confident our order will be fulfilled.
- This fantastic software is great if you require customisation, personalization and custom functionality, they have a competent and energetic team always ready to face new and complicated challenges.
Cons
- There are very few features I dislike about GOb2b as a platform - those I do dislike are just 'niggly', that would get with any software.
- Connectivity with our Sage 50 database was sluggish to begin with and we had to do an overhaul of our network and server to get decent speed.
- It can be difficult to implement your own customisable features without contacting support.
Pros
- Highly recommend this product. Very good customer support and fantastic value for the price.
- I like this software because it's super powerful and flexible yet it's user friendly and you can customize reports. Basically it has all the features that you need.
- I like that everything is integrated and the reports are updated in real time and the dashboard indicators have been a great help in decision making.
Cons
- I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.
- They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.
- The sales team was very misleading and they tricked us when we purchased the software. We presented our former software and their response was always "Netsuite can do that.
