The only positive they have left is the human answering the help line but I still have to wait a minimum of an hour in order to talk to someone. At one point in December 2024 I was on hold for three hours only to find out what I wanted to do was not possible. Part of my decision to come to them was the benefit of having everything I needed in one place and not having to pay a bunch of little payments all the time. But their newsletter service is subpar and I had to go elsewhere and their scheduling software doesn't allow sales or discount codes...
