The only positive they have left is the human answering the help line but I still have to wait a minimum of an hour in order to talk to someone. At one point in December 2024 I was on hold for three hours only to find out what I wanted to do was not possible. I chose it because they have humans that answer the phone for their customer service. #### Cons It's pretty basic and minimal. Like they just threw it together to have something to offer. Part of my decision to come to them was the benefit of having everything I needed in one place and not having to pay a bunch of little payments all the time. But their newsletter service is subpar and I had to go elsewhere and their scheduling software doesn't allow sales or discount codes...
