Beside the rich functionality offered out of the box, the company is able to be agile and help their customers to gain advantage over the competitors by delivering new capabilities in reaction to market signs. #### Cons Compared to a monolith, SaaS software customisation is more focused on integrations than on building custom components into existing platform's code. This is unheard of in the enterprise space. #### Cons The front-end is bespoke and must be built. Thankfully Avatria has a reference storefront that integrates with Emporix to address this issue. #### Vendor response Thank you, Brian!
