Hostinger’s pricing models makes adding features like ssl and domains easy and affordable. Hosting was easy to set up and has been extremely reliable.

I did have a minor issue back when I first signed up when I wanted to upgrade my service. I got really confused on how to actually upgrade my service and ended up doing something wrong.

Moreover the customer support is really nice and quick. They usually reply within 5 minutes and resolves the issue like a charm.

The feature I love the most is (in my plan) I can create up to 100 websites.

If any issues do arise, support responds fairly quickly through their email/chat function. Overall I'm pleased with the service and have recommended Hostinger to several clients.

It was a little difficult trying to get an SSL certificate for one of my sites. It wasn't as intuitive as I would have preferred.

Hostinger don't accept monthly payments compared to other hosting companies. Users will be forced to pay yearly payments which  sounds more expensive.

It is very confusing and I can't differentiate what is an additional price versus included. I would also say the designs aren't that great and formatting can be a pain.
