Pros/Cons
Pros
- Hostinger is an excellent software that provides reliable hosting at a low price and it's not expensive for the service provided. And the customer service is friendly and always ready to help you.
- The customer service is brilliant, very helpful and supportive. They also have a comprehensive FAQ section.
- It’s super useful, especially for businesses like mine where it’s easy to end up with many websites that you have to juggle at once, and Hostinger makes it super easy to do that.
Cons
- I haven't found anything yet that's a problem with my hosting software.
- I did have a minor issue back when I first signed up when I wanted to upgrade my service. I got really confused on how to actually upgrade my service and ended up doing something wrong.
- The SSL security system is not free and this disappointed a little.
Pros
- I love how much you can do with it. They also have an awesome resource library to answer basically any question you could ever think up.
- Very positive experience with Webflow, and highly recommended for more static websites that you need to look good on a variety of devices.
- Furthermore it's SEO Optimization features really makes being found on modern search engines easy. The great performance of Webflow pages also helps with that and leads to a great user experience.
Cons
- The worst support I've experienced from any major software provider. Hard to cancel because your site is built on their platform, I guess that's why their support can be so bad.
- Additionally, the fact that you only get one admin account on the smaller plans is ridiculous, you should at least get 3.
- The thing I dislike most about the service is the customer service, it's close to non-existent.
