Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

It is very straight forward to use, it is very intuitive, all the functions are clearly named and easy to find.

Setup and operation was a breeze, and if there was a bit more functionality for bar operations, we would have stuck with it.

It's great for small businesses, affordable, and super flexible. Their support is great too.

The monthly report very accurate and helpful for our company to easy calculate our monthly income statement. Tracking our COGS anytime so we can control our purchases.

Very few bugs or problems. Service - we rarely need but when we do, the response is fast.

It's integration with Shopify, Deputy and Square. Clean and pro looking (would like to be able to customize it more for my shops character).

The reporting suite is fantastic and allows us to analyze actionable data to make good decisions.

There is a support function incorporated within the website which is useful but the customer service is absolutely amazing: when I've had a query, I've always had an answer within the hour.

I would like to continue to see some improvements to the loyalty and rewards aspect, however these are not deal breakers.

Ultimately, there was a lack of complexity in the software for running a bar/taproom in terms of being able to use tabs.

We have absolutely loved the simplicity of the system both at the counter and in the warehouse. The interface is pleasant to the eye and really easy to navigate.

We really weighed our options when we first opened; and Vend really stood out. Great customer service, great pricing options, amazing add-ons for couponing and other web services.

Yes it's better for us in some ways than our prior POS, but at such a great cost of effort that we would never recommend it to anyone and constantly are on the look out for a better POS.

Speaking to the live chat guy and he kept me waiting for over 3 hours with no reply when he told me that he will be transferring me over to the billing time for assistance.

If you want something that is really easy to use, very simplistic on reporting, and a staff that is always trying to improve the software, you will love Vend.

Absolutely love the ease of use of Vend. While I myself am rather technologically literate, some of my employees are not.

The easy to use functions and layout. It is easy to find what you are looking for, and the service is great whenever there are questions.

Vend is best in inventory management system and i always use this also in customer care. This help me a lot and help our department too.

I lost several 100 dollars before I discovered this on camera. So now all my employees are cashiers only.
