I've encounter a lot of bugs that are quickly fixed, but interfere with projects and daily work. The margins and costs info is a little untrustworthy and hard to read when looking for errors.

The Katana MRP interface is very easy to use and the steps are logical with help integrated into each section. The access to the knowledge base is good and the support team are efficient.

I appreciate how much this software has helped me fix my inventory issues. I also love that when I have an issue that I do not know how to resolve, I can schedule a call and get live support.

Zapier integration makes it really flexible from an automation standpoint. Really lots of other stuff ... it's truly an excellent product and an outlier in a pretty clunky space.

Also, the customer service is EXCEPTIONALLY amazing (and super patient) honestly I was messaging them everyday setting up even before I starring paying for my plan.

I'm really liking the ease of use with this software for my subscription business - it's so easy to integrate into my Wordpress site. Help is only a click away and the backend just flows.

There are a few limitations, but I feel they are working hard to fill all of the tiny gaps.

I was struggling with costing with Shopify. Everything was an extra cost and it all added up to be way too much.
