We never felt like we needed to push Kibo to add this or that - they brought it to market. Fairly easy to add in partner functionality in marketing or other areas over the years. Cons: For the version we were on there were several modules. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, but depending on how many parts you need, the costs could add up quickly. Reasons for choosing KIBO Commerce Reliability, performance, and capability were key factors. We also were a good fit - they were not too big or too small to care about our piece of business or voice. Reasons for switching to KIBO Commerce System performance in peak time was no where near our expectations and resulted in downtime and unmet promises. After researching several systems we switched to Kibo.
