The chat feature with clients and prospective clients was excellent! Real time - sent to my inbox and I could just reply via email to them. I think for a simple digital products store that you pay once and download it would be perfect! They have an affiliate link program for my clients too - I do love that!!! Cons: The client management side was difficult. Since I had courses - it was that part that was not ideal. I had such a small audience and compared to other sites that did the same thing, Payhip just felt easier to use and set up. Plus I liked the store, and up-sell options: when somone adds a book to their cart, I can offer more books at a discount, which can increase total sale per client. It was easy to integrate with my ESP, and even has options inside payhip to create and send update emails. (like when I announce a new books!) There are subscription options, and membership, plus I can sell physical items, which helps if I want to clean out some of my vintage closet contents and share with my newsletter.
