couldn't be happier with Pixpa. I tried almost every other platform there is but finally went with Pixpa. They are straightforward with their pricing and honestly, it's the best value you can find out there! I went with their all in one package which is an extremely good value for money.

Everything about starting and deploying your website is super easy. The eCommerce section and where you sell your photos for print does get a little confusing though. However, once you figure it out, it's super straightforward

I feel like some of the features have some overlaps with each other. Not that it's a bad thing, but it does take some time to figure out which one you should use. However, their customer service always helps super fast!

Website building

Pixpa's customer service is very responsive and helpful. Whenever I encounter problems, I get helps and assistance in short time, which enables me to proceed to design a website that I want. The flexibility of design promises one to unleash creativity with elegance and functionality.

The only two aspect that I wish to be improved further is website's integration of multilingual website and booking appointment system. So far there are limits on these two features, I hope in the near future Pixpa can offer us with better solutions.

I most appreciate that Pixpa makes it easy to get a nice and professional looking website up an running without a large financial investment and without much knowledge or experience in web design. It's easy to see the changes I make on the website and it's easy to reverse the changes if I don't like it.

Where I see that Pixpa could improve is the formatting of photos (being able to use more photo sizes) and changing the layout of the online store.

My site is out there, I am pleased for that, editing is easy, like that, working in the software is a struggle for me not sure why. I will persist mostly because it is inexpensive to use.

Was looking for an inexpensive manner to get our recovery site on the Internet. Pixpa met that requirement. Needed it to be simple to use, on first use it seemed to be just that, simple and easy. The software did have a couple of instructional video's which were helpful. The posting of the site was well handled by my host and Pixpa, liked that.

There is not enough simple step by step instructions, the existing videos are not current to the software. There is an assumption that I as a user understand many of the terms used in website building. As the software appears to be only for Photo focused business there is little to indicate it can be used for other types of websites. I did see the potential, so went ahead with it

Excellent tool for small companies to make a representable website. Also nice if you want to have a portfolio.

Compared with other expensive tools Pixpa is easy, quick to set up. Also the customer service is very quick and helpfully. I use this tool already years and it works for me the best.

The amount of possible templates could be more extend. Also to support a better strategy to use SEO could be helpful.

It's way cheaper than most website builders and its very easy to use. I love that I can make client galleries aswell. The customer service is great!

The best customer service in website templates! Building the site felt like having a personal assistant on call to help every step of the way. Every question I had was not only answered very quickly but often even solved directly by the PIXPA team. It was like having your own web designer for free! My favorite team to work with!

This site gets our studio out there. It allows us to look professional. I have had many comments about how nice we look through our site - and that is because of the behind-the-scenes work and help we get from Pixpa.

This is a plug and play, complete site for photography. Everything you need (and more) is right at your fingertips. Want to create multiple galleries? Check! Want to create galleries within galleries? Check! Want to be alerted of an order? Check! Just want a place to display your artwork? Check! Want to create a blog with photo inserts, etc.? Check! Just about anything you can want to do as a photo studio is right here. Photo templates, SEO, galleries, shopping carts, client-only pages, etc. I looked at NINE possible websites to create the look and feel that I wanted as a studio photographer and artist. NONE compare to Pixpa.

I love most things. I really had to think hard about what I don't like. If anything, I would have to say that the web-building software is COMPLEX. I come from the computer industry and owned computer stores and ISP service. I understand web-building! But there have been times I have had to ask how to do something. The thing is, this isn't really a negative because they ALWAYS answer you questions quickly and with impromptu tutorials showing you how to do things step-by-step!

I like the fact it's easy to setup, and the support staff is amazing and is always available to help.

Sometimes I run into issues, but the ease of entering HTML code is wonderful. Just wish I could do online booking.

I have doubled my clients since launching my website. It looks very professional and it's easy for clients to navigate. I also post on social media with links to the website so I have more people visiting my site.

I've been hesitant building a website because it can get confusing and overwhelming. With Pixpa I was able to contact support staff when I had questions. They always answered quickly and I was able to keep working. Also, they produced little videos to help show me what I needed to do. I couldn't have built a website without their quick help

I'm creating a design portfolio and will be transferring my art portfolio to Pixpa based on the amount of features, the ease of use, customization options, and all for a better price.

Pixpa seems to offer exactly what I need for a reasonable price. I used to pay double what I'm paying now for my Pixpa site for a service that offered less functionality, less customization, and capped the number of galleries I was allowed at much less than I'm getting with Pixpa. The templates are designed thoughtfully and are very dynamic - there is plenty you can do with your website.

The website builder tool has a lot to offer, but at times I feel it could use more drag-and-drop functionality.

I would like to see Pixpa allow me to create my own user names for my master log in page, which I utilize for my clients to log in and see their finished galleries.

I’m new customer to Pixpa. As a photographer, I was looking for platform that would let me set up my website with minimum to no coding. After researching a bit, i narrowed down to Pixpa. I’ve to say, I’m more than happy and much more relaxed with what Pixpa is offering and i’m more than satisfied to endorse this platform. This is exactly what i was looking for in terms of my website partnership. At this point, I’m staying with Pixpa unless they force my hand with crazy price hikes down the line but based on support and fair business practice and prices they shown me, it seems highly unlikely. Following were key point of my “happiness”1. They did not package services like workspace and domain service. They gave and suggested good option but allowed me to have control over the plan structure and provide smooth integration across all key platforms i was looking at. 2. No matter how much they simplify, creating website is going to have certain technical aspects (as they should to provide users with flexibility). Being in IT industry and slightly blunt, i tried to “Just do it”. Intention was, i should get errors and let me see how Pixpa help me with those. Plan was to see if Pixpa is long term platform or just short term. By god, i was up for treat. I got errors and i got step by step articles and videos to fix those and they worked spot on !!3. In my opinion and so far observation, Pixpa seem to have paid attention to minute details and accepted feedback and integrated it to make it easier for other people.

This is not exactly "Cons" but i work in software industry and i write complicated code for living. They have strong framework (which is how it should be). Unless you get grip on this framework, you won't be able to put foot down. In my book, that is not Con but actually a great thing. But for some, who doesn't have even 5 mins to read the articles and just doesn't have patience to carefully look at error and go to right link, this will be con. (Personally i love Pixpa for this and i don't recommend you “directly putting foot down”.)

Pixpa is an all in one program, I haven’t been able to find any other one that includes as much as Pixpa does.

I love that Pixpa had all the features I was looking for in a website host. Not having to have a handful of subscriptions to multiple places was what I was desperate to find and I am so glad I have discovered it! The team is top notch with communication and are always there to help me with any question I might have!

I would love to see the program have some more custom tools geared towards a photography business, for services I would love to see a deposit/retainer and tip option.

Pixpa is perfect for what I want – a showcase for special photographic images. I do not sell, so I do not use their shopping system. The customer support is excellent. You can work with a live chat line at any time. The support personnel are very quick to respond and are extremely helpful. They are as good (probably better) than any other provider.

Pixpa is very similar (very similar!) to SquareSpace but at a lower cost. There are some interface differences between the two and some things are better on SquareSpace and some are better on Pixpa. For me, I like how picture size is controlled with dragging a handle on the picture, rather than SquareSpace's very clunky spacers.

Sometimes it is not too clear where to make a setting or adjustment. Pixpa seems to put settings all over the place. But you get used to it. Also, there are sometimes that there seems to be some extra space that I cannot seem to get rid of. I am sure I am missing a setting somewhere, but that goes back to my first point.

My decision to go ahead with Pixpa has been one of the best I have made with respect to hosting my galleries and especially so with the functionality of a blog. By having this option, I am now able to add html5 + js in the Pixpa studio and showcase my interactive videos and see some good cash flow.

In addition to increased functionality from my previous host and substantially reduced cost (close to 60%!), Pixpa displays my galleries in a most pleasing and dynamic manner. There are numerous options for design elements and if you happen to choose one style that you soon become tired of, with a click you’re back to your original choice. The team behind Pixpa has obviously spent plenty of time in enabling photographers to implement a design layout that suits their specific needs.

It took a while to become familiar with the GUI in the studio builder, but it was just a matter of time working with the tools and I was up and running. Also, management was prompt and helpful with my requests.

It's been the best experience ever in using a website and blog platform!

I love how easy it is to change templates, customise layouts, and that their customer service is there all the time from within the editor. They also have added so much functionality on a continual basis, and have accomodated me as much as they can when I have a feature request.

Sometimes, the formatting has be done a couple times as a change won't stick or appears not to have stuck. The only thing that seems to be missing is an ability to plug in functions like on wordpress. But, so far that is minor.

I love this because it’s so easy to create a professional website with it, one that I can not only show clients as a portfolio but also to have a great platform to send the photos to them. It helps with the business for sure. And I have never in my life found such a great customer service nowhere on the internet. I contacted them many times and they solved all of my issues super fast. They are amazing at what they do, only for this one thing (customer support) I would stay with them. I’m honestly a fan!

I like everything about the software honestly. Maybe I could use an easy calendar like booking system which is built in so that I can get bookings super easily from the site. And would be good to have some templates for pricing/packages. Otherwise it’s amazing!!!

The client gallery with ecommerce is the most important feature to me allowing me to upload galleries and sell prints and digital downloads to clients
