The user interface is easy to use and their support is very helpful. I've build eCommerce sites on several other platforms.

The only problem I have had so far is selling my digital music. I was able to upload one song for sale but I can't seem to add.

I love the format, and the ease at which I can upload digital products to my store.

No one wants to pay for shipping on a small thing. But if you buy a t-shirt and a smaller item, the shipping then makes sense.

I love SELZ there aren't enough words available to express my satisfaction for this amazing platform. I even have it linked to my Facebook page and can sell straight from there...AMAZINg.

Then it would charge me a ridiculous fee per GB after I went past that limit.

Great platform for managing, selling, and delivering digital products.

It's very easy to use and I appreciate the tools.

I love that they don't have a bandwidth limit per month like other sites.

It also helps that their chat feature connects you to an actual person immediately. We recently upgraded our account because we're so pleased.

I love using the Selz software. It is easy to use, easy to build sites and products, discounts, emails... whatever you need to do, Selz does it better.

I liked most the ease of use and the affordable prices for those that do not have a lot of production per year, but that want to sell their products.

The set up and use interface is very easy to use and intuative. I love the various features and the ability to create things like discount codes, etc.

I love how easy it is to upload my digital products, and the ease of my customers receiving them.

I really like that I can offer discount codes, host a blogging platform and integrate it with all social media platforms. Being able to accept a variety of payment systems is most definitely a  bonus.

That there are no free options. For people that do not have a lot to sell, and even at a low price, the commissions for payments could be enough, if limited to few objects to sell.

I have always found SELZ STAFF to be very polite and immediately helpful, answering ALL my requests. Makes me feel like I'm part of the SELZ Family.

The best part is being able to set it up quickly. I was able to go from nothing to a full-blown bookstore with just a few clicks.

So when it came to setting up the shop it was another learning curve and the instant responses from Selz were always helpful and very pleasant.

Their customer support is also outstanding (even if you’re on the free plan). The visual design of the payment gateway is slick and modern.

Exporting statements easily for accounting cycles. Using discounts and codes are way better than our old system.

Easy to follow/use dashboard & functionality and easy to integrate into WordPress.

Selz makes it quick and easy to test new products and build an email list which is extremely important for any online business.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I love how easy it is to set up the site and create pages, etc. I have worked with a couple of other similar sites and I have to say that Selz is my choice.

So far I haven't found anything that I feel is missing from the software.

There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

Shopify is really fantastic. At first I was put off by the cost but the ease of use and customer service is excellent.

My overall experience with Shopify has been great and I am loving what it is doing for my business.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

It has great designs and functionality which allow you to have a great looking website for a fraction of the cost.

The shipping is great on here. I really enjoy how easy it is to ship items and also as a buyer its great too.

The looks and styles you can choose for your site are stunning. I also love how easy it to use, so you don't have to be a tech wizard to make a site/business on Shopify.

We really like working with Shopify, it's super user friendly so everyone from out team can jump in and help whenever needed.

Plus i love the fact that they have shopify capital which provides you a certain amount like a loan for your business and i think this is great for small businesses like mines.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

I liked that it was very easy to use, lots of tutorials and guidance on how to use it to the best of your ability.

I love how easy this platform is to use. I feel that I can accomplish more with how easy the platform is to navigate.

You could create a fabulous site in just a few hours & their customer service is fabulous - positive people & positive solutions.

Shopify has been really good to me. the customer service is good and it's fast and easy for my customers to use to buy off my website.

I like the most in this is it has easy ecommerce website building feature and good support from shopify team. I have seen they help in many formats to build website.

Everything about this platform is fantastic. The service, the data, the ease of use, the mobile app and the integrations.

I am very pleased I went with Shopify compared to other options. The price and ease are perfect for my small business.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.
