Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that it was able to get my store up and running easily, and looks amazing. It has made my life so much easier since starting using it.
This app is easy to use. Makes my business run smoother. It works seamlessly for me and I enjoy using it.

Cons
Setup for some languages (as Swedish) is a bit left behind. But it seems like they are investing even in the smaller markets now.
A little limited for in-depth design. The good news is that there is room for custom code and theming. If you have a web developer available they can fully customize everything from beginning to end.

Pros
Its the best user friendly program, and the support they offer is top notch.
product is well maintained and it is going to be the best shopping cart in the future. Alot more can be done but for now i think it is one of the best shopping cart.

Cons
the trial should be of one month so that user should be able to go thoroughly and able to find out how this product would benefit him.
Support over Skype might not apply to everyone, specially companies with strict restrictions of Chat software
