- I really like how intuitive and straight forward it is. With very little training, my team was able to get up and running very quickly in a time crunch.

- We had an on-boarding period that was long and painful. It was long because there was endless customization required.
- The glitches tend to slow down operation which at times becomes frustrating. But the team rectifies the situation very quickly.

- I have been working on WooCommerce for years and found it very easy and useful to build eCommerce stores with big community support.

- However, I can see if folks are not inclined to be DIY about this they might be annoyed with the lack of documentation WITHIN Wordpress.
- Upgrades often happen and when a non developer encounters conflict from upgrades they need a developer to fix it, it would be better if clients or non-developer can fix any upgrade conflicts.
