It has allowed us to enhance our remote workforce during these difficult times. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros There is some effort to configure the UCX system but once that is done, users have a seamless integration to their phones and all other communication needs. #### Cons It is hard to find "Cons" worth mentioning at this time. #### Reasons for choosing UCx I do not want to mention the other competitors by name. The top three were close in features and price.
