It has allowed us to enhance our remote workforce during these difficult times. Cons: It is hard to find "Cons" worth mentioning at this time. Reasons for choosing UCx I do not want to mention the other competitors by name. The top three were close in features and price. We went with TPX partly because of the integration with Webex and we had previous experience using their SD-Wan products with excellent support and up-time.
