Pros
- They respond quickly, the schedule a call feature is really nice, and everyone of the support staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and supportive.
- The commitment of ecomdash's staff is second to none and we are happy to place our companies needs in their hands knowing they have our best interest in mind.
- I did like that this site offered the ability to make your own website. They give you all the tools you will need to get up and running, and were fairly helpful with how to go about it.
Cons
- Also the packing slip does not support shipping charges or ancillary charges/credits. A discrepancy on a packing slip/invoice can lead to customer complaints.
- I don't have have time for that. Waste my time for your failure to have a properly functioning integration...uh no.
- After all this run around I explained that I had not used their service at all and that I had no intention of using it as it did not work for us. They still refused to refund our credit card.
Pros
- I am so grateful that you provide this free website builder. Thank you for the years of this free platform.
- As the innovative projects we designed & developed had photography and its applications as a vital artery, we witnessed amazing quality on Webnode platforms.
- I am very impressed with the Customer Service which is always prompt, courteous and helpful. Such a change from some other organisations where one has to present the solution rather than ask for help.
Cons
- Disgusting false advertising to deceive people into making a website and not make it clear until they've put hours in that they'll need to pay to have something usable.
- Worst experience - no feedback to emails sent. Do feedback on requests created.
- Full disclosure - this is what I used to do when I was consulting, so I'm a bit biased).
