Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • They respond quickly, the schedule a call feature is really nice, and everyone of the support staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and supportive.
  • The commitment of ecomdash's staff is second to none and we are happy to place our companies needs in their hands knowing they have our best interest in mind.
  • I did like that this site offered the ability to make your own website. They give you all the tools you will need to get up and running, and were fairly helpful with how to go about it.
  • Cons

  • Also the packing slip does not support shipping charges or ancillary charges/credits. A discrepancy on a packing slip/invoice can lead to customer complaints.
  • I don't have have time for that. Waste my time for your failure to have a properly functioning integration...uh no.
  • After all this run around I explained that I had not used their service at all and that I had no intention of using it as it did not work for us. They still refused to refund our credit card.

  • Pros

  • The built-in templates were very helpful, I really love the themes and the different modifications that I can do to personalize the website. It is very easy to navigate.
  • A strong looking and functional website lets the community know we care for quality and has great tools to answer questions people may have about a business or non-profit.
  • The free version of Weebly is good enough for students when they need to create websites for projects and good for introducing people to gain experience/a general feel for how to develop UI and UX.
  • Cons

  • If not then I will have to abandon Weebly and figure something else out. In other words, if I am unable to use my already existing domain then this is a total deal-breaker.
  • Also their lowest paid tier has ads and I find it ridiculous to be paying for ads.
  • Compared to Wix, its design flexibility is poor. Very difficult to create a website in multiple languages for different ciountries.
