This allows for a much more timely delivery to the legal department and allows us to meet the strict timelines required during investigations.

Sherpa is great because it offers powerful ediscovery tools in a usable package.

Executive provided me some orientation training and was there to help with any questions I had using it for the first time.

You just need to get logged in and get it over with. If that's a typical search for you, then there's no need to continue.

Overall, I have become very comfortable using DA. This has become my goto package for most searches I need to perform.

The UI is a bit dated and difficult to wrap one's head around at first.

But if you're reading this, I'll bet that's not your typical search. I'll bet you've got at least 3 terms, a 4 year date range, and 5 to 7 different mailboxes to comb through.

And life is about to get a whole lot better. To explain:  a few years back, I was just like you.

The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Very glad we were able to implement it.

You'll have to manually repair, or unlock those troubled files. But then asking DA to run a follow-up search is a right-click away.

I love how easy this product is to use. It is quick and simple and does what we need.

Other email file types may need help from tech support but they have been responsive in writing patches when needed.

I find discovery attendee to be easy to use and great towards the ability to perform searches using complex keywords against Exchange,PST, and file searches. Great tool and gets the job done.

I don't believe in miracle but Sherpa came to the rescue and handed me an app that saved my hair :D. Discovery Attender is flexible, complex and very efficient app (and yes, easy to use!!!).

Used this for a litigation search and we found everything we needed.

The product is fantastic. It is easy to use, it performs queries quickly, and every lawyer I have turned data over to was very impressed with the reports and accuracy.

Discovery attender is one of them. Based on what I've used, overall, I have to say discovery attender is least cost but at the same time most consistent and reliable, and effective.

Low cost discovery with good quality features.

Each user, each term, each and every data source, a check-box. It was slow, it was boring, and it was prone to mistakes.

It's what IT would love to have. Customer service is friendly, reliable and easy to deal with.

Additionally, the ability to quickly move and change document coding tags is fantastic. The search engine on it is second to none, and your key terms are highlighted within the document.

The processing and review functions are superb and can be customized to any type of matter or workflow.

It’s difficult to get your annotations out of the software.

This is good stuff, and the search options are incredibly powerful and easy to use. You can easily batch documents for review, or use saved searches to do the same.

If a panel or view is not set up properly, it can cause endless problems for the actual review - simple tasks generate errors causing lost productivity.

This software has a lot of capabilities and is very intricate. You can set numerous parameters and there are a TON of features.

Also, the software times out on sessions so if you get yourself distracted by an important task you may find your session timed out, losing your place in the document queue.

It's production tool is difficult to work with and it's difficult to teach to new users.

My favorite thing about Relativity is the customization it allows for. The software basically allows you to customize every space to fit whatever needs you have for a particular document review.

This software is very user friendly and has improved significantly over the years that I've used it.

Relativity is very easy to use and can be customize to fit your project. It is an efficient tool to use for large document reviews.

Everyone in our firm expressed great joy and relief when we replaced Relativity.

This program, if customized appropriately by the vendor, is very powerful.

There is no preview function, requiring you to click on each document.

What I like most about the software is how it is structured, the layout and its appearance. The user interface is eye appealing.

Struggles with large files at times, often causing delay.

The software can be slow at times. This becomes frustrating when trying to code a certain number of documents per hour.

I like the ease of use of this software and how it is intuitive and allows you to complete large document reviews efficiently and economically.

It must be inexpensive since so many companies use it as their main platform. I hate working on doc review jobs that use Relativity.

The Relativity software provides best results when it works smoothly.

At times, the program can freeze up or take a long time to review one document to the next. I also dislike that there are conversion errors for some documents.

When the system is down, and it rarely is, you are stuck waiting for the technical glitch to be worked out.

It's very very very very difficult to even think of any cons whatsoever to Relativity. Perhaps users license fees would be a con.

Overall I enjoy using Relativity. My experience has been positive and it has made e-discovery work enjoyable.

Overall the software is amazing and it often is used by legal firms and accounting entities. You will not go wrong with Relativity  - its a decent price for the best results.
