This allows for a much more timely delivery to the legal department and allows us to meet the strict timelines required during investigations.

Sherpa is great because it offers powerful ediscovery tools in a usable package.

Executive provided me some orientation training and was there to help with any questions I had using it for the first time.

You just need to get logged in and get it over with. If that's a typical search for you, then there's no need to continue.

Overall, I have become very comfortable using DA. This has become my goto package for most searches I need to perform.

The UI is a bit dated and difficult to wrap one's head around at first.

But if you're reading this, I'll bet that's not your typical search. I'll bet you've got at least 3 terms, a 4 year date range, and 5 to 7 different mailboxes to comb through.

And life is about to get a whole lot better. To explain:  a few years back, I was just like you.

The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Very glad we were able to implement it.

You'll have to manually repair, or unlock those troubled files. But then asking DA to run a follow-up search is a right-click away.

I love how easy this product is to use. It is quick and simple and does what we need.

Other email file types may need help from tech support but they have been responsive in writing patches when needed.

I find discovery attendee to be easy to use and great towards the ability to perform searches using complex keywords against Exchange,PST, and file searches. Great tool and gets the job done.

I don't believe in miracle but Sherpa came to the rescue and handed me an app that saved my hair :D. Discovery Attender is flexible, complex and very efficient app (and yes, easy to use!!!).

Used this for a litigation search and we found everything we needed.

The product is fantastic. It is easy to use, it performs queries quickly, and every lawyer I have turned data over to was very impressed with the reports and accuracy.

Discovery attender is one of them. Based on what I've used, overall, I have to say discovery attender is least cost but at the same time most consistent and reliable, and effective.

Low cost discovery with good quality features.

Each user, each term, each and every data source, a check-box. It was slow, it was boring, and it was prone to mistakes.

It's what IT would love to have. Customer service is friendly, reliable and easy to deal with.

It is possible this is due to user error, however; I'm not sure.

Very easy to use and tag documents in categories that we need. Easy to sort documents into different folders for the purpose we requested Consillio for.

Initially it can be confusing on how to get to the documents.

So far the experience has been simple and user-friendly. I had a technical issue on my first day, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in customer service was very helpful and resolved my issue right away.

The team are very responsive and the whole experience was seamless.

You feel like you have a really good grasp on what has been done and what is outstanding within your team.

We are realizing true time and money savings through greater levels of efficiency and reduced outside counsel time in assisting us on projects.

I was interested in bringing e-discovery in-house and was able to accomplish this task by onboarding Sightline. We are now able to control our costs and our data.

I was impressed at how organized the documents were and how easy it was to maneuver within the program.

At first, it can be somewhat confusing on how to operate.

I enjoyed the ability to pick amongst several tags  in order to ensure clear and concise understanding of the different types of documents and their importance.

Compared to other document review software I have used in the past, I had almost no learning curve -- everything is intuitive and easy to find.

This is such a game changer when it comes to document review. Very pleased with ease and efficacy.

Customisation - the fact that tags can be reviewed and customised to the individual product is a brilliant feature.

I haven't found anything that I don't like with the software.

Export Data - we were tasked with preparing a disclosure list with the fields having been prescribed by our opponents in litigation.

Its easy to navigate and has lots of additional features available in the search function so you can filter to tailor to your needs.

Assignments - as an administrator the ability to assign tasks and monitor progress was exceptional.

Nice platform with support for audio files and redaction capability, and great dashboard.

The Sightline tool makes it is easy to start a new case, load/process data, and commence document review or investigation quickly.

For small scale projects, specially pre court proceedings, this is a great platform specially that it is cost effective which helps the clients as well.

My complaints are very few and mainly pertain to the need to go through several steps to get to a point where the unreviewed documents are brought up (filtering through tags).

It was because of the ease of use of the software that enabled on a very small team of people to process over 7,000 documents in a very short space of time.

A lot of dupes seem to get missed in the de-duping process, but this is not much different than any other e-discovery platform.

The training and support team are extremely helpful and quick to respond. The software is user friendly.

Overall, I have had a great-good experience with Sightline and would recommend the tool for others that need to review and make decisions about data quickly.
