We use it mainly for fast-burn ECA reviews and small projects that only require a quick email review.

Fast and easy setup, DIY for everything but with a fantastic, responsive support team available to handle anything out of our comfort zone. Ability to do nearly any admin task ourselves is key.

No complaints or issues, and any time we have any issues or questions, the Spectra support team always has a quick and good answer.

The support team has made my overall experience with Lighthouse Spectra better than I ever could have imagined. They are fast to respond, and help me solve problems as they arise even with a tight deadline. The support team are extremely kind and are one of the primary reasons my firm will stick with Lighthouse Spectra.

Lighthouse Spectra makes our litigation and eDiscovery work so much easier. The interface is slick and easy to process documents into Relativity. It allows my small firm to go toe-to-toe against much larger firms.

It is an extremely complex application. There is a steep learning curve and it can be challenging to learn as your going.

Overall Lighthouse Spectra is very good. Customer service has been excellent and I like the ability to easily upload productions myself

I like the keyword search capabilities, the save search feature, including editing and copying saved searches, and ease to batch export documents to PDF

Unlike concordance, where the metadata and extracted text could be seen along with the list of documents that responded to a search or tag, one must click on and enter each document to see the metadata and text. Also, search history is not easily available

The product requires zero infrastructure investment from our firm. The ability to get up and running quickly on any matter is beneficial. The customer support team is top-notch and shows that they truly want to help the client.

I would like a billing module built in to the software so that it doesn't require interaction with the Lighthouse team each month. The import/export feature needs to be fine tuned to handle larger exports more efficiently.

Working with the forensics team has been incredibly helpful to learn more about the collection from particular data sources. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was tremendously helpful with that request and guiding us along the way. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been tremendously helpful in providing production support. That's a few names to acknowledge along the list of employees who we interact with daily that have been incredibly helpful in educating, problem solving, troubleshooting and in general great working relationships with employees from Lighthouse Spectra.

Easy to integrate and use independently, but also have a great team of PM's on the full service side that are great to work with and make our lives easier to handle multiple requests at the same time.

I currently do not have any issues with the software that are noteworthy at this time.

If we hit a bump in the road, Lighthouse is fabulous as far as getting us through the bumps. They quickly step in and help.

Once you learn the software, it will definitely do the job of helping you with your eDiscovery needs.

Similar to any document review platform, it takes a while to learn the process but way easier than some of the other software I have used, like Summation.

We could not manage our documents without this software! Uploading documents is easy and we are able to tailor the program to our needs.

There are some challenges with uploading large PST files, but Lighthouse Spectra is available to assist with this.

We have had a great experience with Lighthouse Spectra. The customer service provided by Lighthouse is fantastic. They are very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. Use of this product has saved us an enormous amount of time and has increased our accuracy in reviewing documents.

It allows us to quickly review large volumes of electronic documents for documents that are responsive to eDiscovery or Public Records Act requests.

I'm not familiar enough with features that could be used in this type of software to identify what might be missing or more useful with Lighthouse Spectra.

The tech support is very good. They are very responsive and patient. I appreciate that they'll set up video calls to help explain and work through issues. There is a steep learning curve if you're starting from zero, but it all does start to make sense once more familiarity is established.

Maybe an undo button and integration with Slack.

My overall experience with Lighthouse Spectra was positive.

I have difficulty deduplicating emails, even after applying Brainspace. Building a search also could be easier.
