I have personally used ZyLAB ONE for my thesis on the automated analysis of certain judicial rulings in Dutch labour law, in this capacity ZyLAB performed very well and enabled a nearly fully automated analysis of the judicial rulings. ZyLAB was used to automatically identify certain values in the body of the ruling and to identify if claims were allowed or denied.

For anyone with some knowledge of using a search engine, it works very intuitively. The support for the product is great, with timely and concise responses, usually within a day.

Some learning and training courses are required to enable you to utilize the more advanced functionality of the package. ZyLAB does provide these courses, so did not present a significant issue.

Van zelf alles anonimiseren naar het beoordelen van reeds geanonimiseerde entiteiten. Het ontdubbelen van documenten en email threads, het genereren van inventarisatielijsten, het ondersteunen van het proces van zienswijze, etc. betekent een efficiencyslag bij het behandelen van grote Woo-verzoeken.

De post-upload activiteiten zijn moeilijk zelf te doen, daarnaast worden niet alle entiteiten (persoon) automatisch herkend zonder zelf lijsten aan te leggen. Het is een applicatie die sterk is bij het afhandelen van grote dossiers, maar voor de kleine dossiers te bewerkelijk. Instellingen moeten per dossier vormgegeven worden. Een meer geautomatiseerd proces, simpel door de eindgebruiker zelf uit te voeren, zou welkom zijn.

ZyLAB eDiscovery is really eye-opening for me to witness a great integration of law and technology. It definitely is a powerful tool that makes the work of legal professionals more efficient and less time-consuming.

As a legal professional, I found the software very easy to use and very well-organized. It is visually engaging with a variety of customizable functions. The language used for the software is closely linked to the legal language which I am familiar with. This definitely makes it much easier and more convenient for my experience with the software. On top of that, the software comes with very clear and well-explained instructions and training. Additionally, I personally did not experience any technical difficulties. Many functions are extremely helpful for my profession such as auto-redaction or bulktagging.

In general, I do not have any discontent on the software and its functions. It took a short period of time for me to get fully familiarized with the software and its features. Nonetheless, I believe that all software requires a short period of time for users to gradually get familiar with their features.

Within the legal sector you have to review a lot of legal documents for relevant information. This can be quite time consuming. The software makes it a lot easier to swiftly and efficiently review every document and save a lot of valuable time.

It can be very time consuming if you have to review every legal document without the use of a machine learning software. With ZyLAB ONE I can work efficiently and effectively through a lot of legal documents and therefore save time.

Although the software is easy to use, in the beginning I really had to get used to it. But the training is very helpful and it takes you step by step to understand the software and how to use it properly. Practice makes perfect.

The software offers many tools to make the legal review proces, not only quicker, but also a lot more simple. It allows for easy upload of most file formats (even audio), easy classification of these files, and a quick and easy home page to navigate through as many cases as necessary. Definitely provides critical added-value to complicated legal procedures/processes.

The software, as with any software, takes a bit of getting used to. The trainings that ZyLAB provides make it easy to make yourself accustomed to the many different tools, and makes sure that you are introduced to all the opportunities that the software provides.

I'd recommend ZyLAB ONE to anyone that has to review a large quantity of judicial rulings, documents, e-mails, phone calls, imagery, etc. In the legal field it makes it easier to inspect a lof of documents for relevant information. With this software, you can swiftly and efficiently review documents and save a lot of time.

Nothing, it has all the features we need. In the beginning the options can be overwhelming, but the trainings are very helpful and will fulfill all your needs.
