Designed for companies as well as health and safety consultants and professionals, who are looking for a single tool to manage expiry dates, risk assessment, incidents, training, PPEs, monitoring of health, maintenance, sending of alerts, and others.

Businesses can oversee employee training and manage courses or sessions with reminders, attendance, and recurrence. The 4HSE platform has a risk assessment feature to identify problematic areas and potential risks. Companies can also customize jobs and training courses. The document archive can help admins organize and manage files in different folders. There is a health monitoring plan to store personnel health records, including medical examination results.

Pros:

Easy and intuitive use and . The flexibility and easy integration with already used ERP Systems are very important features. A recent feature "copy" helps you to deal with many of your corporate customers within the same branch without loosing time, because you can copy common elements of a specific HSE Safety organization from one template to all other similar projects or corporate customers managed by you as a consultant.

Cons:

Not a modular software, you may not need all of the modules for some of your corporate customers.

Completo ed efficiente

Ho ottimizzati i tempi di gestione della sicurezza e riesco a tenere sotto controllo le scadenze e le attività. Anche la collaborazione con i miei clienti è più efficiente perchè le informazioni sono sempre disponibili. Molto bene anche supporto tecnico e assistenza.

Gli scadenzari interattivi con i suggerimenti e le automazioni accelerano molto il lavoro, anche le notifiche automatiche e le agende periodiche sono molto utili. Personalizzabilità molto elevata e integrazioni sono un plus.

Cons:

Si può migliorare ancora l'App e in generale l'usabilità, anche se già la grafica è molto pulita.

Senza pentimenti

Il principale vantaggio che posso dire di aver avuto dall'uso del SW è quello di avere tutte le informazioni, ma proprio tutte, in un unico luogo, raggiungibile facilmente ed altrettanto facilmente consultabile. Inoltre, fatto il primo lavoro di inserimento dati, siamo molto più rilassati rispetto alla possibilità di perderci scadenze o adempimenti.

Il software funziona in maniera egregia come sistema di gestione sia delle attrezzature aziendali sia di tutti i processi, azioni e adempimenti che possono sempre sfuggire alla nostra attenzione. Il fatto che, inserito chiaramente il "cosa devo fare", il sistema mi automatizza tutta una serie di processi che prima implicavano numerosi scambi di mail, incomprensioni e dimenticanze, è impagabile. Da un punto di vista della valutazione dei rischi la cosa che mi piace veramente molto è che, dopo anni di autocompilatori, questo strumento consente di fare una vera valutazione dei rischi e mettere in evidenza quali sono veramente gli elementi da monitorare per controllare il rischio mentre, allo stesso tempo, aiuta a tenere attivi questi strumenti. In sintesi direi che, capita la logica su cui si muove il sistema, è estremamente semplice da usare e rende risultati di un'efficacia che fino ad ora non ho trovato in altri software. Inoltre ad un costo ragionevole si può avere uno strumento fruibile da chiunque e che ha le funzioni che servono veramente. Ottimo.

Cons:

La maggior pecca che ancora ad oggi si paga è che il software è giustamente concepito per lavorare nel web e per generare informazioni in digitale. Quando si tratta di esportare le informazioni o i dati o i documenti in generale presenti nel sistema si paga una forma grafica abbastanza elementare. Il problema è ampiamente risolvibile solo se si ha una minima competenza informatica per poter rimodulare i modelli interni. Nulla di drammatico ma per esportare un documento e dargli una veste grafica come i clienti sono abituati a vedere si deve comunque riprendere in mano i documenti con un editor esterno (Word o altro). Se però si tratta solo di esportazioni al fine consultativo.... va bene così.

Utile e semplice

Tool completo per adempimenti Sicurezza sul lavoro

Utilizziamo 4HSE per tutte le nostre sedi in collaborazione con RSPP esterno da diverso tempo. Software completo per la gestione di Salute e Sicurezza sul lavoro che è evoluto molto nel corso degli anni. MIgliorabile la parte di Valutazione dei rischi e l'app, ma nel complesso un ottimo tool.

Per caricare un nuovo corso ed i relativi aggiornamenti alle persone che l'hanno eseguito, devo fare troppi passaggi. Sarebbe bello selezionare la persona e caricare tutto direttamente da lì.

Ottimo software completo per la gestione delle incombenze della 81/08. In collaborazione con il team tecnico, abbiamo integrato senza difficoltà 4HSE all'interno della nostra infrastruttura IT.

Cons:

Punto migliorabile lato valutazione rischi specifica, anche se va detto che la disponibilità del supporto tecnico per l'integrazione è stata massima!!

Pros:

It's smart and efficient because it allows to optimize resources and reduce costs. It's a tool that collects all informations in one space and allows you to manage and share them in real time with others, both with board and workers because the number of users is unlimited and customizable. Plus it sends automatic notifications that are also customizable. Pretty much a massive help for an efficient managment of your work documents in complete safety!

Cons:

Nothing really. I wish there were more videos in the training area because the ones they uploaded were really useful.
