Overall BioRAFT has been more trouble than helpful. It only works if the professors and students use it and many have been very frustrated with it so they do not use it until we tell them to.

Available customization of the software is beneficial and the interface is user friendly.

The instructive and annoying reminders. I don't have time to do everything immediately...back off.

I have multiple emails regarding lost time and data. I have to copy and paste everything I key into BioRAFT into a word document in anticipation that what I entered could be lost.

One of the main benefits of the software is the ability for enhanced correspondence between the research lab and our safety team.

I really like having all the information about my lab responsibilities on one page. The dashboard functions for reports are excellent.

The best part about the software is you can have all your programs under one interface with a single login.

I like the ability to see each lab members training records. Also like the ease of signing up to training courses directly via BioRaft.

One of the most frequent complaints is initial usability on the researchers side. The initial set up of lab profiles for some of the labs seems to cause some issues.

Exporting the chemical inventory where it is readable and printable has been a real disappointment. The Labs vs Spaces disconnect is absolutely ridiculous and does not seem very well thought out.

The navigation can be difficult when trying to renew multiple training in one go. Getting to the page that tells you what you have left is difficult.

I have greatly enjoyed the implementation and usage of BioRAFT. Representative and her team have been excellent in walking us through the process.

I generally use BioRAFT to look into problems associated with individual laboratories.

Records keeping is great. Presentation of dashboards and data at the lab levels are very useful.

The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.

Robust Software for the Plumbing/Building/HVAC industry.

I love how technicians can create quick quotes from estimate templates, show pictures and pricing, good/better/best options and financing and even take payments and signatures on the go.

The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.

Overall, it is a great program and has a lot of functionality that is beneficial. For our company, it came down to the cost and amenities we were receiving for that cost.

They're always available and super helpful. The automation and various features make ServiceTitan so easy to use and keep up with your customer's needs.

Service Titan offers a lot of features, they have great ways for you to learn the software, and are always looking for ways they can bring more value to their customers.

Love the integration with phone lines, great messaging board with technicians, great marketing tracking.

The abilities are rich and continue to be added to over time with the system. They are continually improving based on feedback from their customers.

Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.

We had difficulties getting started with the software, but now that everyone is comfortable with it we are loving ServiceTitan.

Mobile version is limited for techs on the field. Notifications for reminders are limited to one paragraph/set of content, not different based on business unit.

I think they are great people and always looking for ways to improve on their functions.

ServiceTitan is extremely easy to use. All processes are designed to get things done quickly.

I loved the capabilities ServiceTitan gave us for communicating with customers, the ease of scheduling and dispatching, tracking of maintenance agreements, etc. Overall usage was great.

Overall I like the customer service that is friendly and ready to help anytime for problems that can arise.

Reporting can be questionable and not adaptable to our business sometimes which means we end up tracking some things outside of Service Titan.

Her name is Ari and she goes above and beyond for our company when it comes to adding additional features that aren't a part of the default software. Love ServiceTitan and all that it has to offer.

With ServiceTitan they have a very user friendly system that links up to accounting and has a great looking design and color scheme.

You get charged for each managed Tech, which makes us have to use multiple softwares.

Excellent Field Management for an affordable price.

Invoicing is horrendous and God forbid the technician makes a mistake and closes out the invoice with the mistake.

Overall, the experience has been great. We haven't found better software to manage our day-to-day HVAC and Plumbing operations.

We are able to provide better service to our customers. Phone integration puts the customer's information and service history at our fingertips.

Service Titan is good for a lot of reasons one of them being call tracking for marketing purposes. Call recording for checking our own staff customer service and for recall.

The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price.

I don't know how to fit everything I love about my Titan Family into this box. ST integrates with everything, so if it isn't an already integration it has open API - it will work.

Been using ServiceTitan since 2016. Constant improvements, great customer support, and a vital part of our office running smoothly.

The company and their Customer Success managers truly want to see our company be successful and will do whatever it takes to make sure that our goals are meet.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a robust system to integrate their service company and streamline their business.
