  • Pros

  • Available customization of the software is beneficial and the interface is user friendly.
  • One of the main benefits of the software is the ability for enhanced correspondence between the research lab and our safety team.
  • Cons

  • The instructive and annoying reminders. I don't have time to do everything immediately...back off.
  • I have multiple emails regarding lost time and data. I have to copy and paste everything I key into BioRAFT into a word document in anticipation that what I entered could be lost.

  • I love how technicians can create quick quotes from estimate templates, show pictures and pricing, good/better/best options and financing and even take payments and signatures on the go.
  • The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.
  • Cons

  • The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
  • Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.
