The ease of creating and updating forms and the designer PDFs is very simple to manage. GoCanvas is very user friendly.

Some forms do not open correctly which is embarrassing when the client informs you of this.

It has a contemporary look and feel,  great mobile app, easy to integrate 3rd party tools or systems, the collaboration, communication and assessment tools are the best.

Our ability to capture, retain, analyze and share information quickly and clearly is better than it ever was with paper forms.

I've been able to design it exactly like we wanted and make multiple changes through our testing process and immediately see the changes. Pricing is reasonable too.

Sometimes we have to triple check the data that we upload, the minimal error on the file can cause the app to crash.

Not being able to add users without totally resetting your license renewal is easily the worst licensing system imaginable. I have tried to think of a worse one, but never could.

For forms with more complicated and high volume of data, it has issues with some limitation here and there, e.g. only 75 rows of data will be displayed on the mobile device.

Ease of building the apps. Mobile function is excellent.

The customer support is wonderful as well as the ease of use. It also integrates with a lot of other programs on the market.

Poor communication - bad customer service: Stay away.

I found it hard to get the work flow piece to work properly and get the items deleted as they were completed.

The online forms are easy to setup and customize as per individual requirements. Integrates very well with smart phones, we have tested in android phones.

I am able to produce inspection report's that are easy to read, seamlessly filed in ordered Dropbox folder and ready to send immediately following the inspection.

The ease of creation of the forms and the ability to easily edit the forms as many times as needed and then the preview ability to really let you see how it works before trying to implement it.

I am bitterly disappointed with GoCanvas and would strongly advise anyone considering using this organisation to evaluate alternative service providers first.

We realized that our employees were downloading the wrong Kokomo app, I feel like that picture should be different maybe have a mask of the logo. That was one of our only struggles.

Overall experience is it meets our business requirements and although, only selected users are using it, we haven't experience much of an issue so far. The technical support has been helpful.

We still trying to get all of our employees to use the app, but we like that fact we can monitor who is sick or who has been around anyone sick and prevent them from coming into the building.

Kokomo support has been GREAT. Very responsive in answering questions and implementing new features based on feedback.

The software is very user-friendly for staff on a daily basis. The ability to document and track results in real-time is essential to maintaining work-place health.

The software is easy to use both on the web and mobile, and user friendly.

Some users had difficulty downloading the app. At times, the app doesn't always recognize a user, even though the individual has used the product many times.

Having 24/7 support gave us the confidence to continue production in the most extenuating of circumstances. Without it, we would have not been able to finish our production in the safest way possible.

Once you get your bearings, the product is easy to use.
