Pros
- It's easy to generate reports, which are complete and easy to understand by our clients and to integrate their own platforms while on their premises.
- Preset templates helped to build an application meeting our needs, very user friendly and intuitive, easy to implement and train users.
Cons
- I miss a manual to create templates, especially because you don't do this every day. No reminder mail will be sent to the owner of the action when the due date is exceeded.
- Limited dashboard functionality, but most of all the fact that although limited we sometimes loose our valuable work due to unclear problems in the system.
Pros
- The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.
- I like that it integrates most things that my company needs to run effectively. I'm excited about using a product that lets us keep everything in one place.
Cons
- Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.
- Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.
