I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.

We designed a fix to ensure the data matches, but it does not, yet we are still being charged. There is no communication or feeling of urgency or follow-up.

Lastly, we really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.

The customisation of the subcontractor management module, was a key deliverable for us and Gensuite did not disappoint.

This team has been amazing in processing requests and providing guidance when a new feature is needed or a current feature needs to be altered.

EHS Software with Good Functionality for daily Use.

Training Tracker, difficult to set up. Difficult to start using and manage.

It also provides a cost effective step into the digital system space without investing in elements that the business is not yet ready for.

If your business is structured exactly like GE, Gensuite will work great for you. It does basic incident reporting well, and does a good job of managing action items.

For large data sets, the report pulls are very limited in some cases. For example: pulling all observations globally for a monthly period can be time consuming.

There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.

The pool resources and find a way. They always meet deadlines early and with little to no rework.

Very nice/good tracking tool, Highly integrated with operational process. Real Differentiatior with  key Indicators...like to the remainders which is good option.

The best thing about Gensuite is that it is user-friendly for our team, encouraging accurate reporting and data from our front line users through intuitive interfaces.

I like that I can create custom dashboards for our various teams. I like how easy it is to communicate with the different Benchmark teams (sales, implementation projects, customer support teams).

This software contains the flexibility to have an inhouse team make rapid corrections and changes.

Our Covid-19 Fit for Duty program was streamlined through the use of Lighthouse. Administration, tracking and the immediate notifications have added significant value.

Our field staff found Lighthouse to be easy-to-use, and because it is customizable I can respond positively to their requests & needs with small but useful changes 90% of the time.

Lighthouse lets you build and database safety functions in an easy to use front end and one of the most flexible back ends I've seen to date.

I found that due to the simplicity of the program, it is very limited to the type of data you can present on the dashboard.

Our company  needed a filed-level technology overhaul and a way to manage the paper-tiger generated by management of safety, health and in our case, customized timesheets.

Sometimes forms change or are missing items without any change requests.

The staff is an absolute joy to work with. Despite a few cons, I would most definitely recommend this program to other HSE Professionals.

Syncing issues - it is very difficult to have field staff constantly updating forms manually.

My overall experience with Lighthouse HSE is very good.

The lack of integration from the app to the web browser version.

So far it has been very user friendly. Support has been amazing and helpful in moving our company ahead with the process.

It has the ability to track and combine a lot of information and it is quite user friendly. If used properly there is a lot of stored information at the touch of a button.

We have incorporated everything from in field forms, safety inspections and incident management and the system integrates perfectly with reporting and desktop widgets.

What I like most about Lighthouse HSE is how easy it is to learn and use. The product is very user friendly and the dashboards are not overly complicated to understand.

Lighthouse has saved hundreds of hours and thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars since implementation. I highly recommend Lighthouse HSE.

I truly have very little  negative feedback with this software. This is a digital system and some customers  insist on a printed copy.
