Pros/Cons
Pros
- This was made easy with the excellent customer care and support they offer. Our inspectors really enjoy using the App and using the additional functionality of adding photos and comments.
- GoAudits is very easy to use, generates detailed and visual reports, including follow up actions, in a format that is easily shared. Support is fantastic, helping to create checklists.
- We Find Using GoAudits Is Very User Friendly For Both Our Team & Our Clients, The Ability To Quickly Conduct An Inspection And Have It Immediately Sent To Our Clients Is Amazing.
Cons
- Its stuck when we use a long time so its disadvantages.
- It's little bit stuck when we face the internet issue.
- Some of the set up processes and amending Audits can be confusing - maybe it is just me.
Pros
- What I like best about Safesite is it’s ease of use and end of week reports. Very easy to understand and monitor.
- Overall I have had a great experience with Safesite. I love the email reminders, and how easy it is to use.
- The app is user friendly and puts your safety checklists at your finger tips. It provides customization, that allows your organization the ability to focus the user on the important items/ tasks.
Cons
- Some of the bumps on the road in the early usage due to database, although much of this was caused by our own lack of continuity between departments.
- Sometimes when using the "meeting" function it can be slow to respond and confusing.
- I don't feel that any features are missing for the industry I'm utilizing it for.
