  • Pros

  • Turn reporting into a very simple way, having workflows that can be customized based on company needs. Very good customer service support.
  • Quite a good level of configurability. High level of integration with the rest of the WFM offering (as you'd expect), with the exception of the Moodle bits in InTuition.
  • Cons

  • We are actually revising our risks outside of the software and manually updating.
  • Can be frustrating when this isn't the only task I do in my role but takes the biggest chuck of my time.

  • Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.
  • Lastly, we really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.
  • Cons

  • Training Tracker, difficult to set up. Difficult to start using and manage.
  • For large data sets, the report pulls are very limited in some cases. For example: pulling all observations globally for a monthly period can be time consuming.
