Turn reporting into a very simple way, having workflows that can be customized based on company needs. Very good customer service support.

The system can deliver but requires drivers and champions at various levels.

Can be frustrating when this isn't the only task I do in my role but takes the biggest chuck of my time.

Quite a good level of configurability. High level of integration with the rest of the WFM offering (as you'd expect), with the exception of the Moodle bits in InTuition.

Level of utilisation of these features does come down to training and managements drive to engage the system.

There has been a poor uptake by staff, who perceive the system to be difficult to use.

Cons: Most of the time have server issue. Subcontractors and staff most of the time complain and need to raise a ticket about slow performance.

Time for some of the big projects to be rolled out and even after suggestions from users are put forward they still aren't taken into consideration - Risk Register - Mobile App.

It is hard to flow through the data required to capture incidents.

Streamline the company HSE/Safety related reporting process, improve quality system as a result.

Once the product is configured the way you need the product works flawlessly. As an administrator when ever I have had any issues with the product the IT support team have always been very helpful.

Great to have everything in a central place for auditing. Keeping people accountable with actions to improve safety.

Unable to use the lead indicator function as the outputs (charts) are poor. Setting up the risk register is complicated and additional training isn't free.

Performance Dashboard(s) seem to be limited in comparison with other systems currently on the market.

The ease of use for our front end users from those that use it daily to those that use it once every 6 months.

Important aspects include getting the workflows correct to have an effective process through until verification and close-out.

INX gave us an integrated system, with good ease of use. Attempts to improve are too constrained.

Large range of functionality tries to be everything to everyone. Poor customer service, inability to deliver promised functions, versions.

A safety approach that is easy to use equals increased participation by all employees and will ultimately lead to the success of the program.

How it organizes somethings is hard to understand when searching.

We have been able to eliminate multiple subscriptions and management our data and reporting with a few clicks. The Customer Success Team has definitely made the experience worth while.

The only problems I have had is when it comes to technical support for the back end of the system, like API's.

I love how easy it is to customize each companies site. Everyone on the customer support team is super helpful and always easy to reach.

The iScout safety software provides a platform to manage a fully integrated safety system for our employees.

The only issue with the software is that there is no one stop shopping.

I have recommended this software numerous times without reservation. Our company also won the prestigious North Dakota Petroleum Council award based on the use of technology in safety.

Lastly, the customer service at iScout is amazing. Out of all the software we use, they by far offer the highest level of customer service and go out of there way to meet your needs.

Right now you have to select one and then go back in to select another. That is really the only negative I could come up with.

The hesitation for proposed/potential new development.

The ability for all employees to have access to necessary forms at their fingertips at a reasonable cost makes IScout invaluable to us. The ease of navigation fits even the most untrained persons.

Overall Safety Management System. Great value for the money.

Overall the experience with iScout has been great because you can literally do anything you want with the program.

I have yet to really run into an issue with iscout that is something that negative to remember.

Reports can be hard to build until the format has been learned.

The best feature is that all of our safety policies, procedures and guidelines as well as a host of other information is accessible to every employee, anywhere via their smart phone.

Lack of analysis Options. I had to make a form to make a task since the system is geared towards completing forms, rather than completing tasks.

The customizability of iScout is one of the greatest aspects of the platform.

The app for phone is very easy to use. 20 training is a very nice asset as well.

This gives me peace of mind and helps me manage my business with little effort.

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to customize to fit my needs and operations. The ability to adapt the application has allowed me to perform tasks not imagined by the developers.
