Pros/Cons

Pros
Very configurable and stable platform. Customer support is awesome.
Great software. Once implemented, ease to use and customize. Unending resources for any questions or potential customization you may have.

Cons
Awaiting enhancement releases Cority answers issues quickly, Cons are infrequent and resolved quickly
Training when releases come out! AND It often feels like new things come with a cost and it’s hard to keep going back and asking for money each time.

Pros
I like the functionality of this software. It is easy to use.
The product was easier to use for our guys in the field than I thought it would be. It's modern and the younger guys think it's great. We have some older guys using it as well with some success

Cons
A few bugs on certain phones but they are always open to feedback and update things right away
The forms are easy to create and customize but I wish the look of the forms could be altered.
