If navigation feels like a “hunt,” that’s on us — we’re making ongoing interface improvements and continuing to enhance SafetyBot to make key actions easier to find and faster to complete. On texting: mobile carriers have tightened enforcement around messaging and require employee consent/opt-in, which limits what can be “auto-approved” from the admin side. Lastly, on HR tools — modONE isn’t a full HRIS, but if what you’re really trying to solve is new-hire onboarding + ongoing compliance, Skill Builder (included in modONE Pro) is designed to help with role-based onboarding paths, recurring training, and trackable sign-offs so you can standardize what “trained and compliant” looks like across the team.
