### About Risolvo

Risolvo is a health and safety management software, which helps the manufacturing industry stay updated on legislative obligations in the workplace. Key features include occupational health management, task scheduling, training management, OSHA recordkeeping, role-based permissions, compliance management and risk analytics.

Teams using Risolvo can register for historical certificates, schedule courses and manage deadlines. It allows employees to control prescriptions and limitations, schedule medical visits and register for eligibility results. Managers can maintain an archive of photos, tasks and documents from within a single platform. Additionally, the application enables supervisors to share and organize security data in xls files.

Risolvo helps users generate reports based on near misses, accidents, occupational diseases and injuries. It is available on a monthly subscription basis and support is extended via email and online inquiry form.

Risolvo - sharing, evaluation, implementation

My experience with Risolvo relates to overall health and safety management, has allowed us to implement a certificated HSE management system according to the main regulations easily and in a shared way. The new internal checklist dynamics allow us to involve all users, implementing a new safety culture.

Pros:

Risolvo allows easy management of all issues health and safety related, fully user-friendly interface ensures daily management of all system. For managing multiple sites is perfect, the software helps you to respect all deadlines and keeps you updated on internal activities and external news. All business information and risk assessment are available, shared with company managers and all users know their deadlines and know their improvement goals.

Cons:

The software focuses mainly on health and safety, often I would like more integration between the different management systems, if the environnement system are present, instead with regard to Quality, Compliance (all round) and particularly on cost dynamics which are often missing a targeted connection. Also customisations are difficult to implement.

The previous software was created in-house and the specific features was suitable for a non-shared use

E' un prodotto che richiede un investimento importante da parte dell'Azienda.

Un metodo ed una soluzione più che un software

Ho fatto un benchmarking dei principali software proposti nel mercato. Risolvo ha il rapporto qualità/prezzo migliore. E' strutturato molto bene e di facile approccio. Molto buona la proposta di licenze divise tra smart e premium in modo che può essere adattata alle varie esigenze delle aziende. Anche la lista di referenze mi ha aiutato nella scelta.

Pros:

Il metodo proposto è molto valido. Viene assegnato un coach che ti segue passo passo. Sono ancora in fase di implementazione e non posso dare ancora un giudizio per utilizzo a lungo termine ma il software è sicuramente user friendly. E' completo e l'APP su cellulare è un valore aggiunto notevole. Per chi ha già sistemi di gestione è un aiuto in più per facilitare la tranciabilità dei documenti e l'informazione diffusa. Molto valida anche la gestione della manutenzione delle attrezzature tramite QR code.

Cons:

Al momento non ho riscontrato controindicazioni o difetti.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo e proposta di licenze acquistabili in base alle esigenze. Il sito internet presenta il prodotto in modo chiaro e semplice. Anche a livello commerciale la presentazione è stata migliore rispetto ad altre proposte.

Il software è strutturato in modo molto semplice e intuitivo, dispone di un'ampia libreria di istruzioni/help per utilizzare al meglio le varie sezioni, tocca tutti i punti nevralgici per la gestione della sicurezza e dell'ambiente. Iniziare a utilizzarlo ha richiesto poco tempo, si nota che l'architettura è basata sulle esigenze degli utenti HSE che lo utilizzano quotidianamente. Nel caso di grandi banche dati è possibile utilizzare dei file preimpostati per l'inserimento automatico dei dati; questo velocizza molto la fase di compilazione iniziale. La gestione dei rifiuti è ottima, tutte le scadenze (in generale) vengono tenute sotto controllo.

Cons:

Per utilizzare al meglio le varie sezioni è fortemente raccomandato acquistare delle sessioni di training dedicate con il team di Risolvo, un costo aggiuntivo ma sicuramente utile per iniziare col piede giusto.

Immediatezza nell'utilizzo, gestione su cloud da multipiattaforma senza necessità di installare software sul PC, aggiornamento continuo dei contenuti e ottima assistenza tecnica. Non necessita di personalizzazione ad hoc, perchè viene costantemente aggiornato per rispecchiare le esigenze di tutto il mondo HSE.

gestire la sicurezza e l'ambiente come temi ormai ricorrenti, ma anche raccogliere segnalazioni e osservazioni e gestire i segnali deboli prima che generino situazioni di rischio. Integrare in ingresso ed in uscita dati o informazioni di enti aziendali diversi.

Cons:

migliorabile la gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria. Migliorabili i profili degli utenti smart.

Il questionario è in inglese ma il prodotto lo proponete solo in italiano Serve una versione in inglese per estenderla a tutte le aziende del gruppo Serve un Utente tra il permium e lo Smart ("utente medium" configurato per dirigenti e presposti della sicurezza per avere accesso a anagrafiche e altro necessario per fare le opportune valutazioni e considerazioni) Serve una compartimentazione verticale per dare accesso a singoli reparti o altro in conformità a quanto scrisso sopra

Abbastanza semplice da utilizzare ma gli aggiornamenti sono lenti; è un mese che aspetto il chek-up della parte ambientale per gestire la conformità legislativa ma l'aggiornamento non è ancora stato fatto

Uso Risolvo da anni per la valutazione dei rischi, per la gestione della formazione e della sorveglianza sanitaria, per avere sotto controllo le scadenze e tenere in ordine la documentazione. Poter trovare le informazioni dal PC anziché dover continuamente cercare in archivi, armadi e cartelline varie è un grande aiuto, in particolare durante gli audit. Anche in smartworking o negli audit a distanza, consente di avere i dati a portata di mano e condividerli facilmente.

Cons:

A volte mi sarebbe servita una stampa/estrazione dei dati, ma non c'era. Secondo me si potrebbe migliorare la struttura del software per consentire l'apertura di più sezioni contemporaneamente.

il sistema è molto pratico per quanto attiene i data base e permette di avere tutto sottocontrollo facilmente. La possibilità di avere la visualizzazione degli impatti sul personale piuttosto che sulle singole aree è estremamente comoda.

Cons:

il sistema ragiona ancora come un grosso database integrato da algoritmi per la misurazione del rischio. Sarebbe necessario un sistema più accessibile direttamente dal campo per permetere una valutazione del rischio dinamica.
