Reports are hard to get and time lag between request and receiving them through email system.

Format is pretty straight forward, and a breeze to navigate. I have already recommended to several colleagues.

I can easily search past actions per trade to effectively resolve revolving safety concerns and it helps me monitor my job site with the use of their meetings, hazards, observations and inspections.

Some of the bumps on the road in the early usage due to database, although much of this was caused by  our own lack of continuity between departments.

It's a very user friendly application and easy to navigate. The application allows you take take pictures that are very helpful during inspections.

I walk my required inspections on Monday - check the report status before you send more unneeded spam to my cellular notification tray.

It required me to open new jobsites when the jobsite was the same as last week. That made it somewhat discouraging to use.

Maybe different options for calling the user if they miss a check in. First responders apps will override silenced alarms and you receive a loud, distinct alarm.

I have had some trouble using the software in offline areas. When I lose a signal sometimes it's hard to reconnect, but that could just be my phone issues too.

Loved using it after I downloaded the app on my phone. When it was just wifi connection, it was less user friendly so now I have SLine on speed dial and the process is very fast.

This software is user friendly. I like the fact that, while I am out in community visiting clients, I am being monitored and have a backup system if I get into trouble.

In an emergency I would first activate 911 then safetyline emergency if I have time.

I think the time period for checking is ridiculous... 3hrs 45 mins a lot can happen in that time.

The safety line feature sadly wouldn't work without internet. In case of an emergency, loss of data etc., there would be no way to trace the worker.

I use SaferyLine almost daily other than days off and it’s a great tool to have on my phone. It’s good to know that if I am in a difficult situation that I can get help quickly.

There was no notification that my message was received and that monitoring was in fact occurring.

It warns me when time is up and it is done. Same thing at the end of the trip/day in the field.

I implemented this system with with older gentleman working alone during nights and weekend, I like how easy this system is to use and the great support I had during this time.

From payment, to ease of use to technical support it is really nice software. Staff is very accomodating and support issues dealt with in a very timely manner.
