I love the chat feature, the articles feature that pops up when you're searching to try and solve your own issue. I like the simple format, it is friendly looking and seemingly a simple program for the workers. Cons: It does lack some intricacies that would make the progam just that much better. It seems to be getting better and the programers are always working on creating more functions but there are a few additional layers that could be added to help the administrators be able to use Workhub entirely rather than still needing to utilize additional supports outside of Workhub. The videos are not “boring” and keeps the employees attention. Your feedback about saving progress in online training is really interesting and a bit of a topic for discussion. Since the training is for safety reasons, we want to keep workers engaged while they complete it. If we allow them to save progress, they might not be as engaged, and they could lose track of what’s been covered, especially if their attention is diverted to other tasks. But don’t worry, it’ll all work out for everyone. Admins only get a sneak peek, while workers see it properly. And about Word documents, you can easily copy information from Word into Workhub.  When you paste, the text editor will ask if you want to “keep” the format, which will keep the information the same as in your Word document, or you can choose to “clean” the format, which will only paste the characters.
