The ease of creating and updating forms and the designer PDFs is very simple to manage. GoCanvas is very user friendly.

Some forms do not open correctly which is embarrassing when the client informs you of this.

It has a contemporary look and feel,  great mobile app, easy to integrate 3rd party tools or systems, the collaboration, communication and assessment tools are the best.

Our ability to capture, retain, analyze and share information quickly and clearly is better than it ever was with paper forms.

I've been able to design it exactly like we wanted and make multiple changes through our testing process and immediately see the changes. Pricing is reasonable too.

Support is prompt & friendly (6) its cost effective for y business, as I dont need to invest in software. I would highly recommend it for any forward thinking business.

Sometimes we have to triple check the data that we upload, the minimal error on the file can cause the app to crash.

Not being able to add users without totally resetting your license renewal is easily the worst licensing system imaginable. I have tried to think of a worse one, but never could.

For forms with more complicated and high volume of data, it has issues with some limitation here and there, e.g. only 75 rows of data will be displayed on the mobile device.

Ease of building the apps. Mobile function is excellent.

The customer support is wonderful as well as the ease of use. It also integrates with a lot of other programs on the market.

Poor communication - bad customer service: Stay away.

I found it hard to get the work flow piece to work properly and get the items deleted as they were completed.

The online forms are easy to setup and customize as per individual requirements. Integrates very well with smart phones, we have tested in android phones.

I am able to produce inspection report's that are easy to read, seamlessly filed in ordered Dropbox folder and ready to send immediately following the inspection.

The ease of creation of the forms and the ability to easily edit the forms as many times as needed and then the preview ability to really let you see how it works before trying to implement it.

I am bitterly disappointed with GoCanvas and would strongly advise anyone considering using this organisation to evaluate alternative service providers first.

Overall, TrialKit is a great product. With it's ease of use,  time from study start to go live is a smaller window of time than other software I have worked with.

They are eager to improve the customer's experience and are implementing improvements based on our feedback.

We have been able to integrate the platform easily within our clinical processes and customer service has been exceptional.

Customer Service: Amazing response within seconds. Coding & Reporting: Standalone tools and reports are pulled in seconds in xml.

Our clients also seem pleased with the system, as the majority of our previous studies were managed using paper forms. The switch from paper CRFs to utilizing this EDC has been wonderful.

It is often difficult to use. Making _ipad _iphone forms from the original.

The process of working with the Crucial team was and continues to be seamless. It was easy to obtain/access the software.

The only thing I don't like is on the dashboard report you cannot filter by more than one site at a time.
