As an everyday user of Centreviews Receivables, I can say that processing deductions and credit memos is much easier than our previous manual processes. They provide fantastic support.

I also appreciate the fact that even though its a system that's automated via the use of robots to make your workload easier, the company is personable when interacting with you.

The ease of the system, it is very user friendly for both data entry and approval as well as being able to see the overview of where all the invoices are currently located throughout the process.

Approving invoices is very easy - love the ability to see the document and split the costs.

Centreviews API Great for AR Processing Between Different ERP Systems.

We now have all of our invoices in one location to make research and accruals easier. The customer service has always been great and they respond to any issues immediately.

What I mean by this is in Centreviews they say that they reached the end, however in NAV they dint show up even without errors. I do think that is more of a NAV problem than a Centreviews problem.

API not only does things faster, but their system increases security and record retention simplicity.

In order to be able to refute invalid or erroneous chargeback deductions,  the responsibility is on the supplier to provide extensive documentation to refute those charges.

I like that all invoices are easily accessible and it is super easy to find them. It is nice to have them all in one place.

I love how things are grouped and categorized. Viewing is simple and easy to look at understand.

So far have been an exceptional working partner, and the Viedoc product is popular with us and sites.

Viedoc has shown that EDC could be built so quickly when we have the limited time to Go-Live.

The eDC system itself is very reliable and it is user-friendly for both the clinical sites (European territories) and for us (being easy to design and administrate).

I'm impatient to discover the next features to be released with the next up-grades of Viedoc 4 (such as possibility to generate the monitoring reports on the system).

From a clinical management perspective, it could be usefull to run report on missing data (confirmed or not) including on non initiated forms.

I also find the integration of training materials and the confirmation of the training very good.

The need to jump in and out of the AE, Conmed and Med History pages to find sequence numbers for related items is inconvenient.

Also have the advantage on the budget compared to other system. But the shortcoming is less function modules like eCRF/aCRF sort by visit, lab normal checks, online training for site user.

It also gives us an advantage over our competitors, as we are now true experts in using the Viedoc system and can implement changes during the course of a study extremely quickly and efficiently.

Due to the complexity of the study I run, there was some issues regarding the performance of the system (complaint regarding the speediness).

Thanks to previous experience with building eCRFs and data management we chose to build the eCRF and manage the data ourselves.
