Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

Great asset in my wedding photography company - perfect for client-submitted inquiry forms, vendor contact sheets, itineraries, and more.

I love love love this product. We’ve made forms that are for return requests and some that people can place orders from.

The best part about JotForm is how easy it is to use - with drag and drop options, excellent customer support, and regular updates to improve building the forms.

I really have loved how the ease and flexibility with which Jotform allows one to capture information.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.

Medrio has a lot going for it. From a user's perspective, the software has excellent UX design and is extremely easy to navigate.

They present it in an very easy to use interface that sites like to use. The design features allow for rapid setup and deployment which is key for many type of clinical studies.

That said - it is powerful and allows for a great deal of design and setup flexibility with out advanced coding or programming knowledge.

Limited functionality when compared to other systems.

I've used it for over 10 years, and I've seen it continually improve each year. I really enjoy how easy and intuitive the system is.

It is easy to configure a study, design the forms, and deploy. If mid-study changes are required, they are easy to accomplish in Medrio.

From a developer's perspective, the software allows for rapid development and efficient handling of mid-development changes.

Once your first study is built, it is very easy to copy and paste all your set functionality for your next study. Their support team is also top notch.

As a result,  we were able to deploy to LIVE and subjects were able to enroll in our study to receive the treatment for which they were desperately waiting.

I love that Medrio is very user friendly. This was my first EDC build and I couldn't ask for anything better to use and learn from.

Updating and validating the database due to protocol amendments is easy and quick. Their helpdesk is always timely to respond and answers their phone right away.
