I think the best feature of this product is that it was created by Adobe and is updated constantly. It saved me doing home office.

I have had these e-mails get caught in a client's spam filter before. Customer Service gave me quick, simple instructions to pass along to them, though.

After that experience, I moved my entire company over to Encyro and dumped the other 2 programs I was using that gave me less functionality then Encyro along.

If I send a document that needs to be corrected or is in error, I have no access to their account to delete it or do any housekeeping.
