Pros/Cons
Pros
- User of Nusii and InvoicingYou, I like Better propasals for its ability to track, design and deliver. Very easy to use and make our small team look like a million bucks.
- Overall, it is a really great software. If you're looking to create beautiful proposals that impress clients in timely manner, Better Proposals definitely comes through.
- It's stunning, professional, easy to use, easy to add details and makes an amazing impression on clients.
Cons
- I feel management is very unethical on how they handle consumer relations and would not originally address the issue until I complained to go to my bank.
- They would not address my issue so I was going to go to my bank. The CEO threatened me and also told me to stop posting on social media.
- I put off using proposal template software because I never have enough time for new software learning curves. In this instance, I was totally wrong.
Pros
- Once you get used to using the product, it is nice to have for proposal management and has an effective dashboard and ease of use to follow up with customers.
- The onboarding process with their customer success team is fantastic. Multiple meetings to check in how I was doing and what challenges I was having.
- I have had a great experience in implementing the practice and have received great support. They recently did some fantastic upgrades as well.
Cons
- FATAL FLAW: NO REFUNDS & MONEY TAKES TOO LONG TO HIT BANK ACCOUNT (4 to 6 days). You can not give your client a Refund in Practise Ignition.
- Billing clients on an alternative schedule then monthly or quarterly was difficult but they have fixed that problem.
- By far & the reason I did not score higher, was the fact that we are limited to one template when sending contracts.
